June 12th Board of Commissioners Meeting
The Town of Biltmore Forest Board of Commissioners will hold their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, June 12th at 4:30pm in the Commissioners Chambers at Town Hall. This month's meeting includes a public hearing scheduled before the Board considers the FY18-19 proposed budget. The Board will also consider changes to the Town's fee schedule for next year, with the only two changes being an additional fee for demolition and a penalty fee for zoning activities performed without a permit.
The Board will review budget re-allocations for the current fiscal year, a technical services agreement with the Land of Sky Regional Council for planning and code enforcement services, and discuss possible revisions to the Town's accessory structure ordinance.
