The Town of Biltmore Forest is managed on a day to day basis by the Town Manager. The Town Manager works directly with the Mayor and Board of Commissioners to professionally advise and provide pertinent information .
The relationship between the Board of Commissioners and Manager is critical to achieving efficient and effective service provision and compliance with all state and federal regulations.The Board of Commissioners creates and establishes policy based on any number of factors and the Town Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of those policies through program and service provision.
