The first step in obtaining a Certificate of Zoning Compliance is to complete the Zoning Application. Additional forms may be necessary depending on the project and the property.

Certificate fees are based on the value of construction and must be paid when picking up the Certificate of Zoning Compliance. The Board of Commissioners review and amend the fee schedule on an annual basis. The current FY26 fee planning and zoning fee schedule may be found below.
