July 4th Parade and Picnic

Join us for a special July 4th celebration!  As we have done in previous years, the children's parade will walk from Town Hall to Rosebank Park at approximately 10:00 am.  Encourage your kids to decorate their bikes/ride on toys for the parade, and plan to be at the Town Hall by 9:45 to participate. The parade will be started by Mayor Goosmann's remarks at approximately 9:55 AM, and the parade will begin immediately thereafter. A beautifully restored 1923 automobile will lead the parade!

The picnic starts at 10 am at Rosebank Park.  The Town will provide hotdogs, beverages and other yummy treats.  Kids, and kids at heart, can enjoy an oversized bounce house, face painting, balloon artistry, and the fire truck.  Music will be provided by the band the Sophisticats, led by your neighbor, Tim Gillespie.  

The July 4 Car Show is also back!  The Car Show is an informal display of older and unique sports cars owned by residents of Biltmore Forest. If you have anything from an old Land Rover to a newer Ferrari and are interested in showing it on July 4th, please contact Paul Zimmerman at brassringfarm1@gmail.com.

A professional photographer will be present to capture fun, candid moments.  A gallery of the images will be available online after the event.
