Town of Biltmore Forest Comprehensive Plan Approved
The Town of Biltmore Forest Board of Commissioners formally adopted a new Comprehensive Plan at their regular meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. The Comprehensive Plan complies with recent North Carolina statutory changes governing land use regulations. The Town's Planning Commission held a public meeting in March 2022 to gather additional public feedback, after conducting a survey in late 2021.
