Special Call Meeting Notice
The Town of Biltmore Forest Board of Commissioners will hold a special call meeting on Monday, December 19, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Biltmore Forest Town Hall located at 355 Vanderbilt Road.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss pending litigation and consider a proposed settlement in the legal matter of Debra Stonecipher, Individually, and as Trustee of the Debra A. Stonecipher Revocable Trust, and Harry C. Stonecipher vs. The Town of Biltmore Forest.
