Public Hearing - Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments
The Board of Commissioners for the Town of Biltmore Forest will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 regarding zoning text amendment 2023-04. The proposed zoning text amendment would amend two current zoning ordinances and replace the existing tree protection ordinance, found in the Town Code, with a new chapter in the Zoning Ordinance. Copies of the annotated versions of the proposed ordinances may be found below. The Planning Commission first recommended these ordinances for approval during their June 2023 meeting.
