Town Hall Updates:

  • There will be a meeting of the Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, August 8th beginning at 4:30pm
  • Upcoming club events
    • The Running Club - Will meet at 9am on Saturday, August 5th at Town Hall

Police Department Updates:

  • We now have all patrol cars supplied with portable AEDs.
  • National Night Out was a success! Thank you to all who came out to Rosebank Park! 
  • Focused heavily on speed enforcement

Public Works Updates:

  • Mow and string trim
    • Road Shoulders
    • Hemlock Pond
    • Rosebank Park
    • LVP
    • Brookside Park
    • Town Hall Complex
  • Utility locates
  • Tree Assessments
  • Daily water chlorine tests
  • Cleared the following road shoulders:
    • Southwood Road near Vanderbilt Road
  • Continued to remove brush and invasive vines and plants along bank at Rosebank Park
  • Serviced work trucks
  • Brush collection on the south side of town
  • Disassembled meter bases
  • Backhoe training
  • Repaired road shoulders at Cedar Hill and Stuyvesant
  • Installed new tires on two trash trucks
  • Completed THM & bacteriological water tests
  • Cleaned out storm drains
  • Remove water meter
