The weather looks great for tonight's Halloween Trick or Treating in Biltmore Forest. The Biltmore Forest Police Department will close White Oak Road and Buena Vista Road to vehicular traffic beginning at 5:30 p.m, with plans to reopen the roads no later than 9 p.m.
