Board of Commissioners October 13, 2020 Meeting Information
The monthly meeting for the Biltmore Forest Board of Commissioners will take place Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. The meeting will be open for a limited number of members of the public to attend and remain in compliance with current North Carolina state orders regarding indoor gatherings. As a result, a maximum of ten (10) members of the public may attend the meeting. All members of the public and those in the meeting are required to wear a face covering. Those members of the public interested in attending the meeting in person must notify the Town Hall (via townhall@biltmoreforest.org) before Monday, October 13th at 5pm with your intent to attend. Attendance will be granted as space allows as emails are received. The notice period is simply to allow adequate time for Town staff to prepare the larger social room in a socially distanced manner for the meeting.
The Town will continue to broadcast the meeting via Zoom as has occurred previously. Instructions for attending the meeting via Zoom are included below. For any person interested in submitting a public comment that will not be attending the meeting, you must do so as noted in the information below. We appreciate your understanding of these regulations. Please contact the Town Hall with any additional questions.
