Please note that Town Hall and Public Works will be closed on Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The Town Hall will close at 1pm on Wednesday, November 23rd. Garbage & recycling will be picked up on schedule during the week of Thanksgiving.

The 4th Annual Run the Forest 5k, sponsored by Asheville Eye Associates, will be held on Saturday, September 24th. The event will begin at Carolina Day School with the course route running through the south part of the town. The race will begin at 9am with a one-mile fun walk beginning at 10:30 am. A portion of Vanderbilt Road, located from the intersection of Hendersonville Road in Biltmore Village south to the Interstate 40 bridge, will be closed this Friday, September 16th. This closure will begin at 5:30 p.m. and last until approximately 3:00 a.m. on September 17th.
