The Biltmore Forest Board of Adjustment will hold a special call meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 4pm. The meeting is being held to consider a special use permit and variance request application for a portion of Parcel 9646-91-9265 at Valley Springs Road/Hendersonville Road. The Special Use request is for a new commercial building and the variance requests are to exceed the maximum impervious surface and to include accessory structures within the setback. The meeting is open to the public and those interested in viewing remotely may do so via a Zoom link on the agenda cover page.
