Arbor Day Celebration
The Friends of Biltmore Forest Committee invites residents to celebrate Arbor Day with a special community event on Saturday, April 26 from 10 am – 12 pm in the social room at Town Hall. This drop-in gathering will feature local nonprofits including EcoForesters and Bee City USA–Asheville, offering expertise on reforestation, tree/shrub planting, and pollinator conservation. In the wake of Hurricane Helene, this event provides an opportunity to learn practical ways to restore our local landscape while connecting with neighbors who share a passion for environmental stewardship.
Attendees can enjoy light refreshments while engaging with experts and fellow community members. Whether you're looking for guidance on replanting trees, protecting pollinators, or strengthening our town’s natural resilience, this event offers valuable insights and resources. We hope you’ll join us to celebrate Arbor Day and take part in rebuilding a greener, healthier Biltmore Forest. If you have any questions, please reach out to the committee at FOBF@biltmoreforest.org
