How do I change my address?
Notify Town Hall of any change of address as soon as possible. You must also change your address with (1) Prudential 401K/457B by logging into the Prudential Retirement site or complete the form at Town Hall (employee signature is required) (2) MedCost by completing the change form at Town Hall (employee signature is required) (3) NC State Health Plan by completing the change form at Town Hall (employee signature is required) or by calling Customer Service (877) 258-3334.
How can I change my 401K or 457B contributions?
You can increase/decrease your 401k/457b contributions at any time by logging into your Prudential Retirement Account and select Change under My Total Contribution Rate or by completing the Change Form at Town Hall (signature required). *If making changes via the website, please contact Town Hall if the changes are made close (within a day or two) to payroll processing day.
Where can I get information about my insurance coverage?
Medical coverage -NC State Health Plan and Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC or the phone numbers listed on the back of your card; Dental coverage-MedCost or the number listed on the front of your card; Vision coverage-VSP or (800)-877-7195; Health Reimbursement Balance-Health Smart Benefit Solutions or the number on the back of your card.
