Chief's Message

Welcome to the Town of Biltmore Forest's Police Department page. This page provides general information about our team at the Biltmore Forest Police Department. It is my hope that the information provided here will help you become more familiar with our town and how our police department operates and the services we provide.

The members of the Biltmore Forest Police Department are dedicated to the safety of our community and providing the highest level of service to our citizens. Our team consists of 16 members who stand ready to provide protection and service to our residents, our businesses and those who travel through our amazing town. The Town of Biltmore Forest has a long standing reputation of prestige and excellence. It is my job to make sure the police department mirrors this same standard.

We cannot successfully complete our mission without support from our community and stakeholders. As we continue to work together and develop future partnerships, we will continue to be successful with our fight against crime and our ability to provide quality customer service through teamwork.

As the Chief of Police, I am approachable and will continue to listen to the needs of our community. I will continuously evaluate the Department's performance and adjust operations as needed so that we provide the level of excellence for which Biltmore Forest is known. We will be proactive toward fighting crime and providing service oriented activities in which many law enforcement agencies no longer engage. We are here to protect and serve in every capacity.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, concerns or comments. I can be contacted at the office by phone (828-274-0822) by email, or in person at the department located at 355 Vanderbilt Rd., Biltmore Forest, N.C. 28803.

Sincerely,

Chief Chris Beddingfield
