New Ordinances regarding Fences and Walls
Following a public hearing on June 20, 2017, the Biltmore Forest Board of Commissioners approved amendments to the Town's accessory structure ordinance related to fences and walls.
The ordinance, as amended and approved, is included in its entirety below. Those wishing to make application to the Board of Adjustments for ANY fence should refer to the newly adopted ordinance for guidelines on whether the fence is allowable as a conditional use, or whether it is disallowed specifically by this ordinance.
